The fall season has been ripe with milestone moments in my life.
I celebrated my 42nd birthday in September.
Led my first Horse and Nature Constellation group in Topanga.
Hosted my first private horse medicine retreat in Topanga.
Adopted my second horse.
Co-led a retreat in Maine with my dear friend, Kara Duval (while we’ve collaborated many times before, this was our first official retreat together).
Hosted my second private retreat in Topanga.
And most recently, integrating Jax and Mala together, which you can probably guess is a first for me.
Each of these experiences created a poignant shift in my life. A threshold crossed.
I share this with you because sitting down to make this post has been a challenge. We’ve all had that coffee date with the friend you haven’t seen in six months. They open the conversation with, “so tell me everything, what’s new!”
Where do I even begin? What is really relevant? Does anyone have time to read a 19 minute long story about how Mala and I found one another?
My style of storytelling has always been “to tell you about xyz, I first have to tell you five other backstories to underscore the potency of how this wild magic has unfolded.” I can’t help it, I’m forever in awe of the timing of life.
I started this Substack in January of 2024, as a way to share astrological insights. It became very clear, very quickly that writing horoscopes and transit reports wasn’t it for me. It felt flat and transactional, lacking the intimacy and depth I require in my commitments.
Since mid-2024, I’ve dabbled with sharing diary entires, stories from my own healing journey, and astrological musings. The truth is I haven’t found my groove here… yet!
I am still in process with what The Radiance Diaries wants to evolve into. Maybe this house will become a home for my “backstories” — full of hand picked treasures, memories, and curiousities.

It’s the energy you bring into the space that matters, even in the space between posts.
Ultimately, I want a warm, nourishing place to share the work of my heart with each of you. My “career” is more than a job. It is my greatest honor and purpose. This past year paid testament to that.
Working with Jax and Mala, creating transformative experiences in the wild expanse of Topanga, hosting private retreats, and guiding women who are traversing their own threshold moments — all of it is interwoven into the fabric of my existence. This isn’t a sales pitch, it’s a beacon. A light shown into the darkness for those that are seeking.
